Hi, I am Pauline - Your Partner in Leadership
Let me start with a quick introduction.
My professional jouney began in Financial Services, where I started out as a receptionist. What followed was an amazing winding ride across functions and roles over nearly four decades.
I didn’t have a grand career plan back then. I’m simply thankful for the people - and divine intervention - who saw the potential in me even when I didn’t. Thanks to them, I had the opportunity to climb the proverbial career ladder.
Along the way, I picked up some hard-earned lessons:
How to build strong relationships across all levels internally and externally
How to learn from my mistakes (there were many - especially around leadership!)
How to adapt quickly and meaningfully to change.
Most importantly, I learned the difference between leading as an individual contributor and leading others. That shift gave me fresh perspective and permission to reframe how I saw myself as a leader. It allowed me to rewrite my own Leadership Story.
So, why coaching?
Because I want to pay it forward. As cliche as it may sound, I truly believe the experiences and lessons I’ve gathered can help shape the next generation of strong, purpose-driven leaders.
